Besides studying the healing arts and sciences, Stefan enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking, skiing, reading, video games, crafting medieval armor, playing with his dog and 3 cats, tending to a backyard full of animals (dwarf goats, chickens and a duck), but most of all spending time with Lee, his friend since high school and beautiful wife of 12 years.
Practice Style: With over a decade of clinical experience, Stefan enjoys incorporating a wide variety of healing techniques tailored to the needs of each individual patient. Called to be a healer, Dr. Herold chose the path of becoming a chiropractic physician to fulfill that role. Through additional training with the Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies, he is also board certified in the specialty of Chiropractic Neurology, aka Functional Neurology. During his undergraduate work he studied biology and philosophy at the University of Minnesota. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and in 2002 earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic, graduating with honors from Northwestern Health Sciences University. Dr. Herold has received additional training in many other healing arts including training in CranioSacral Therapy from the Upledger Institute, Bioenergetic Synchronization from Morter Health Systems, acupuncture theory and technique at NWHSU and Qi Gong with instructor and publisher John DuCane to name a few.
