I don’t have my insurance card with me, can I still receive treatment?

Yes, though you will be asked to put down a deposit to cover your visit which can be refunded to you minus your responsibility after your insurance has paid. Just bring your card next time or forward a copy front and back to Dr. Herold as soon as you get your card.
